Working with Kai was an extremely seamless experience! He made dealing with my Tesla insurance very easy and smooth, taking all the stress out of the process. Our car looks brand new after the repairs. On top of doing a phenomenal repair job, they went above and beyond by doing a thorough interior clean—even managing to clean our pet hair 🙏🏻 10/10 service. I will ALWAYS be coming back to Karry’s Collision Center!

Amazing experience. Took my 2026 Volvo XC90 for side damage - entire driver side had to get repainted. Best of the best. Reputation - 650+ yelp reviews gave me confidence (2x closest competitor in SF). They also have i-car gold certification that means they pay for training for their workers Shop equipment - high end paint booths with heating and well organized and well-lit shop. Communication - amazing! Kai emailed me every step of the process to keep me updated. I never had to chase him. Work quality - A+. I cant tell the difference vs original painted panels. Car looks showroom quality. Kai took care of minor imperfections unrelated to the repair on other panels when he checked the car in - that was a nice extra I had a minor issue I noticed on pick up and Kai immediately owned it without haggling or arguing. 100% owned the outcome and delivered impeccable work product. Highly recommend!

Kai is the mechanic everyone wishes they had. He diagnosed my car's issue and explained everything in plain language — no jargon, no runaround — which instantly earned my trust. Amazing job. I had a hole in my bumper that I had some random person turn into a dark, heat-damaged patch. Karry’s collision fixed that patch to an absolute an absolute gem! Hit up Kai, he’ll take very good care of you.

I had an outstanding experience with Kai. From start to finish, Kai was incredibly helpful, approachable, and easy to talk to. He truly went above and beyond to make sure both my car and I were well taken care of throughout the entire process.
